I am an innovative and creative thinker who passionately believes that the world is changed by dreamers and visionaries. I am a futurist who loves helping people maximise their potential. Seeing people discover their strengths, unleash their passions, and live from their hearts is what makes me fully alive.

I am married to Rachel, we live in Sheffield, England, and have just embarked on a whole new journey as we pioneer an underground missional community called Mosaic. I also work full time as an IT Manager and Rachel works as a Speech and Language Therapist.
