Please pray for Rachel (and a few other things)
I’d really appreciate your prayers for Rachel if you have a spare moment to talk with God. Tomorrow morning she’ll be going under a general anesthetic in order to have all four of her wisdom teeth removed. She is quite nervous about the whole thing, so please pray that God would give her peace and assurance and that the doctors would do a great job.
The appointment has actually been brought forward a day and so it means that she won’t be able to be part of the second Coffehouse Book Club that is happening. Depending on timings with the operation, there is a slight chance I won’t be able to be there either. So please pray that everything would still be able to run smoothly.
As if all this wasn’t enough, we have also just put in an offer on a house and lots is starting to kick off with all of that too. Please pray for peace, wisdom, and guidance through all of that.
Thanks everyone!

WOW!! We will be praying for you both and all that’s going on…wisdom teeth are an interesting thing…sometimes I wonder if God DOES make mistakes…? A new home is very exciting and overwhelming.
Tell Rachel we’ll be praying for her.
Peace, E

All our love to Rachel. We want photos of the souvenirs so we can see for ourselves just how wise she has become.

Poor darling! Bring her lots of Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Mocha frappucinos. Just don’t drink them from a straw or the stitches will pull out!
I had mine out when I was in high school. It went as well as could be expected. I looked like a chipmunk for a couple of days, which on me was absurd but in Rachel’s face that would merely be cute, so no worries there! Best wishes.

Sam,
Hi. I am so sorry to you and Rachel and everyone else that I haven’t kept up with things. So much has happened it’s not even funny and I just haven’t known what to write…as for Rachel, I will be praying. I just got mine out two weeks ago–it was so much easier than I anticipated. I would love to catch up with you guys. Shannon and I miss our “community” so much. Keep us in your prayers as well, we’ve begun another leg of this amazing journey God has for us. Good and bad, but I know He is faithful always!
Love you both,
Mande
