A relaxing weekend
We were back at my parents house this weekend where we were meant to be meeting up with my best-man and his wife who we’ve not seen for AGES. Unfortunately their car broke down and the whole thing fell apart and never happened. It meant it turned into a very restful and relaxing weekend. I got to play with my parents dog, Madison, lots too which was fun. She’s such a puppy even though she’s way past the stage where she should be acting like that! I love this picture Rachel took of her trying to tempt me with her eyes to share some of the cake I was eating!

I always kind of wondered what an alpacka is. A llama, it seems. Interesting.
Predictably, I went to a wedding. The pink-est wedding I’ve ever been to. Great reception. Lots of chocolate and lots of wine. Another one for the book I’m writing…

Have you had quite a few weddings this summer?! Would never have known!!
We had a truck load of weddings the year we got married…it was nice n all, but we so wanted to have some weekends to ourselves. Got really draining. Though lots of chocolate an wine can’t be all that bad!!

I soooooo wish we could have a dog! With us both working all day and being in rented property, it’s not possible at the mo. Hopefully one day soon though!
