I’ve just got back home in time for the match. Traffic is crazy. Everyone is leaving work early to get home for the game! You can’t beat the English for supporting the national team.
What’s your prediction for the score? I’m feeling positive and going for 3-0 to England.

What a disappointing first half. We just don’t seem to be getting going. No flow. Get it sorted boys! We shouldn’t be sweating when we’re playing a team picked from a population of just 1.3 million!

I’m watching the half time show now…I agree dissapointing first half. I don’t know their names, but looks like there would have been a goal from the one guy who ht it with his head, then the other guy on his team kicked it out! (can you tell I’m no sports pro!?!)

We’re checking the math to see if there’s still any chance for us (there is, but a long shot). But we’re still proud of the Tnt effort. Playing way over our heads, but doing ourselves proud.

I watched this match with an englishman so we had a friendly rivalry going as I cheered for TnT (though England is one of my favourites).
What a great showing for TnT. Keeping England to a draw for 82 minutes. Almost scoring the first goal even! I was surprised that Crouch didn’t get subbed off. I’m not sure his goal redeemed his inexplicable misses.
Was tense and exciting to watch… which makes for great football.
oh there’s Agentina (another of my favourites - I’m cheering for 4-5 teams) with their 4th goal against Serbia-M. Oops and there is their 5th. Bit of a blow-out happening there.

Keith - TnT have played really well. They certainly made us sweat! I’d like to see them get a win against Paraguay (which might require them to put an end to the 11 men behind the ball approach!!)
Greg - Cheered for TnT?! Get off my VOX at once!! (just kidding…sort of!)
England are just getting ready to repeat their feat of winning the world cup back in ‘66. Back then we played rubbish in the group stages too…but went on to win it. I’ve go confidence in the quality of our players to keep stepping it up as the opposition gets tougher!
Good win for Argentina…not sure how much you can read into a result like that. We’ll see!
