We’re off!
It’s finally here. In about an hour and a half Rachel and I will be heading off down to London where we’ll be staying for the night with my sister, Penny, and her family. And then 7am tomorrow morning my brother-in-law, Rowan, will be driving us into Heathrow airport. From there it’s a direct flight to Los Angeles where we’ll be arriving around 2pm LA time.

Dean and I wanted to confirm seeing you guys on Saturday. We would love to come down in the morning. We know you will be jet lagged let us know what time!
Also, we are trying to plan a trip to see Ashes & Snow Saturday evening. (Dean has blogged about this beautiful art exhibit.) We would love for you to join us. This is the last weekend to see it before it leaves for Bejing. It is in Santa Monica which is about a 40 minute drive from where you are staying. We thought we would get to the exhibit by 5PM and then have a late dinner afterwards. What do you think? We hope to have a few other friends join us too!
I hope you and Rachel have a safe flight. We are so excited to see you guys on Saturday. I sure hope the weather improves. We have had such dreary skies lately!

Hey Tina! Why don’t you guys maybe aim to get to ours for around 10.30 - 11.00am on Saturday? I’ve given Dean the generic location, but I’ll confirm exactly where we are tomorrow when we’ve arrived.
Visiting Ashes & Snow would be fantastic! Let’s do that. And dinner after sounds great.
